Keith S. Collins Company, LLC was founded on September 1, 2001 by its owner, Keith S. Collins to specialize in the management of neighborhood and condominium associations.

The firm’s commitment to professionalism and customer service has resulted in Keith S. Collins Company, LLC growing into one of the largest community association firm in the Memphis area. Collins, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has managed properties since 1975. He previously worked with one of the largest public accounting firms, and with a locally owned real estate management company where he served as Executive Vice-President.

Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain an operating bank account in the name of the Association for depositing Association assessments and other receipts, review, process, and pay invoices for Association expenses from the operating bank account, maintain a money market account for reserve funds, provide monthly accounting reports to the Board of Directors, provide access to the books and records including receipts and invoices for review by any Board member, officer, or Association member (upon reasonable request), and prepare monthly bank statement reconciliations.

Meeting Support

Attend annual, board, vendor, and committee meetings (as contracted) to provide support and guidance to the association leadership.

Architectural Requests

Monitor architectural compliance requirements as outlined in the governing documents and process architectural applications. Act as the liaison between homeowners and the Architectural Review Committee, including handling the administration of review requests submitted by homeowners.
