Keith S. Collins Company, LLC was founded on September 1, 2001 by its owner, Keith S. Collins to specialize in the management of neighborhood and condominium associations. In the summer of 2006, Collins opened a satellite office in Oxford, Mississippi. The firm’s commitment to professionalism and customer service has resulted in Keith S. Collins Company, LLC growing into the largest community association firm in the Memphis area. Collins, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has managed properties since 1975. He previously worked with one of the largest public accounting firms, and with a locally owned real estate management company where he served as Executive Vice-President.

Collins’ portfolio of managed properties includes over 380 associations, encompassing more than 35,000 units. These include residential and commercial condominium and neighborhood associations in Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Madison, and Hardin Counties in Tennessee; DeSoto, Marshall, Lafayette, and Pontotoc Counties in Mississippi; Greene and Craighead Counties in Arkansas; and Colbert County in Alabama. In the summer of 2006, Collins expanded into Oxford.
